Savings Pocket Terms and Conditions

I, the Account Holder of the Savings Pocket Account (“Pocket”) have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out by Dialog Finance PLC (“Company”) herein below

I agree and understand that the Pocket is a digital account made available by the Company via the Genie Mobile Application (‘Mobile Application’) and therefore shall only be operated through the Company’s Savings Pockets feature made available in the Mobile Application.

I agree that the Pocket can only be activated upon having opened a Primary Dialog Pay Savings Account with the Company whereas unless otherwise explicitly permitted by the Company and at it’s sole discretion, I am only permitted to fund my Pocket via the said Primary Savings Account.

I agree and understand that these terms and conditions are read with and in conjunction to the Dialog Pay Savings Account Terms and Conditions of my Primary Dialog Pay Savings Account. Where any inconsistency with these terms and conditions related to Pocket and the Primary Savings Account Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

I agree and understand that I am only permitted to transfer money out of the Pocket to my Primary Dialog Pay Savings Account and that subject to the sole discretion of the Company I will not be able to perform any direct fund transfers from the Pocket to any other account or use any other fund transfer method (including and not limited to QR payments/ Bill Payments/ ATM withdrawals) for the purpose of moving funds directly out of the Pocket.

I agree and understand that the Company may in its sole discretion restrict the number of Pocket I am permitted to open.

I agree and understand that the Company may require a minimum deposit for the purpose of opening a Pocket whereas such minimum deposit shall be made known to me/communicated to me at the time of opening a Pocket via the mobile app. Proceeding to open the Pocket shall be deemed to be my consent to deposit such minimum deposit amount in the Pocket.

I agree that the Company shall also at its sole discretion impose a maximum value per transaction which maybe deposited to the Pocket per day and/or impose a maximum number of transactions which may be performed in the Pocket per day based on the Company’s internal policies and procedures.

I agree that I will not use the Pocket or it’s features for any illegal/ immoral or fraudulent purposes and whereas the Company shall be permitted to perform any freeze/closure of the Pocket if in the Company’s sole discretion the Pocket is found to be used for any such activity.

I agree that the payment of interest for the funds lying in the Pocket shall be the applicable interest as specified in the Mobile Application or the Company website which shall be calculated on the daily balance at a rate determined by the Company & credited monthly to the account.

I agree that all payments shall be subject to taxes imposed by the relevant regulatory authorities from time to time.

All reminders/requests and/or other general communications shall be sent by short messages services (SMS) to the mobile telephone number given by me/us (‘Registered Mobile Number’) and/or Email address given by me to the Company and I hereby agree that the said messages being electronic messages shall be deemed to be legally binding.

I agree and understand that the Company reserves the right to amend or vary the terms and conditions of the Account from time to time whereas the Company shall notify me of any changes to these terms and conditions prior to effecting the same.

I agree and understand that these terms and conditions as amended from time to time shall be applicable to any and all subsequent Pockets which I may open with the Company
