Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period:

The Spend & Win Campaign will run from 1st December 2024 to 31st December 2024, inclusive of both dates.

Eligibility Criteria:

The campaign is open to all customers who make eligible purchases using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card.
Minimum spend thresholds and qualifying transactions are specific to each merchant and outlined below.
Employees of the merchant, Mastercard, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Participating Merchants and Offers:

PickMe: Spend over 1,000 LKR daily to stand a chance to win vouchers worth 10,000 LKR (100 winners over the month). On 31st December, 10 winners will be selected for a special draw.

Reward Fulfillment:

Winners will be selected via random draws
The announcement of winners will take place after the campaign period.
Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of the campaign end date.

Additional Conditions:

Only transactions made during the campaign period are eligible.
Each qualifying transaction gives one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are allowed for customers making additional eligible purchases.
The minimum transaction value must be met after discounts and excluding any service charges.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

Notification of Winners:

Winners will be contacted by the merchant directly.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 business days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

General:

Mastercard and participating merchants reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the campaign without prior notice.
By participating, customers agree to these terms and conditions and consent to the use of their names and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
The decision of Mastercard and the participating merchants is final in all matters relating to the campaign.
