Terms and Conditions
Campaign Period:
The Spend & Win Campaign will run from 1st December 2024 to 31st December 2024, inclusive of both dates.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • The campaign is open to all customers who make eligible purchases using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card.
  • Minimum spend thresholds and qualifying transactions are specific to each merchant and outlined below.
  • Employees of the merchant, Mastercard, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Participating Merchants and Offers:
  • Dialog: Pay or reload via My Dialog App, Dialog.lk, or WOW Super App using a Mastercard and stand a chance to win:
    • Up to 2,500 LKR bill settlement for postpaid connections (100 winners).
    • 1,000 LKR free reload (250 winners).
Reward Fulfillment:
  • Winners will be selected via random draws.
  • The announcement of winners will take place after the campaign period.
  • Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of the campaign end date.
Additional Conditions:
  • Only transactions made during the campaign period are eligible.
  • Each qualifying transaction gives one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are allowed for customers making additional eligible purchases.
  • The minimum transaction value must be met after discounts and excluding any service charges.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.
Notification of Winners:
  • Winners will be contacted by the merchant directly.
  • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 business days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
General:
  • Mastercard and participating merchants reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the campaign without prior notice.
  • By participating, customers agree to these terms and conditions and consent to the use of their names and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • The decision of Mastercard and the participating merchants is final in all matters relating to the campaign.
