This offer is open to all Genie-registered users who do not have an existing Savings Account
To qualify, customers must apply for a new Dialog Finance Smart Savings Account via Genie on or before 6th July 2026. Customers who apply within the promotion period will still be eligible to receive the reward if the successful KYC approval and account creation are completed after 6th July 2026, provided the application was submitted within the campaign period.
Customers must successfully complete the KYC process and the Savings Account must be approved and created successfully.
Customers will only be eligible for the reward if both KYC approval and account creation are completed successfully.
Eligible customers will receive 5GB Dialog mobile data as the reward.
The data reward will be credited within five (5) working days after successful account creation.
Customers will be notified via SMS once the reward has been credited.
Each eligible customer is entitled to receive the reward only once during the promotion period.
The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
The awarded data will be subject to Dialog Axiata PLC’s standard data usage policies and validity conditions.
Incomplete, rejected, or unsuccessful KYC and account applications will not qualify for the reward.
Dialog Finance PLC reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the required criteria or is found to be misusing the offer.
Dialog Finance PLC shall not be responsible for any delays due to technical, network, or system-related issues beyond its control.
Dialog Finance PLC reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion or its Terms & Conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Dialog Finance PLC shall be final and binding.
