How to Participate:

  2. genie social media will announce a question regarding the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, specifically about which Sri Lankan team will be playing in upcoming matches.
  3. To qualify, you need to:
    • Perform three (3) different in-app billers' transactions of LKR 1000 or more using any Mastercard added to your Genie app.
    • Comment the correct answer
    • Like and Follow genie on Facebook & Instagram.

Eligibility to promo
Employees of Dialog Axiata PLC or its subsidiary their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

Participants must have a valid genie account and a Mastercard added to their gene app to be eligible for the promotion.

One customer is eligible to win only for one round of the raffle draw out of three matches.
Participation
To participate, individuals must:
  1. Follow and like genie's official Facebook and Instagram pages.
  2. Answer the cricket-related questions correctly posted by genie on Facebook and Instagram before the deadline.
  3. Perform a minimum of three bill payments, each amounting to LKR 1000 or more, using any Mastercard added to their genie app.
  4. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible participants.
  5. In the event of no correct answers within the specified time frame, no winners will be selected for that match.
Prize details are as follows:
  1. One mega winner per match: Category "a" ticket for matches, air tickets, two nights hotel stay, airport transport in India.
  2. Other winners will get two tickets to the match only.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other item.
  4. genie is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winners during their prize redemption.
Other winners count as follows,
  1. Australia vs. Sri Lanka: 4 other winners
  2. England vs. Sri Lanka :4 other winners
  3. New Zealand vs. Sri Lanka: 3 other winners
Announcement of Winners:
  1. Winners will be announced on genie's official social media pages within two days after the question deadline.
  2. Winners will also be contacted via the contact information provided through social media

Air tickets
  1. Please make sure the names in the booking are as same as appearing in the passport / Kindly advise your preference with a copy of your passport.
  2. Should you need any special handling: wheelchair, medical assistance are made well in advance
  3. Seat selection and space are subject to availability at the time of reservation
  4. Kindly assure your passport is valid for at least 06 months from the date of your final departure.
  5. Kindly also assure you hold valid visas to the country you are travelling to.
  6. All inbound travelers and outbound Sri Lankans could fill "Arrival and Departure Card" online through https://eservices.immigration.gov.lk/emb/eEmbarkation/'#/home-page
  7. Charges may apply for changes and cancellations
  8. Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-endorsable unless otherwise specified. Tickets are anyways non-refundable with 24-36 hours of departure time.
  9. Failing to board the flight will be subjected to No show penalty.
  10. Failure to present required documents such as Covid Vaccination certificate/ Negative Test certificates will be subjective to denied boarding at the airport and Classic Travel/ your travel consultant will not be held liable in anyway in such an instance. However, contact your travel consult 72 hours prior to your travel to update yourself with the latest regulations imposed.

Hotels
  1. Changes to existing booking is subjective to a charge based on availability and rate of exchange.
  2. Hotel booking is non-refundable/ Non changeable within 21 days of scheduled check in date at the hotel.
  3. Conversion rate is calculated only at the time of payment based on the ROE on the present day.
  4. Country specific Covid regulations apply. Rules are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Failure to present required documents such as Covid Vaccination/ Negative Test certificates will be subjective to denied checking in to the hotel and Classic Travel/ your travel consultant will not be held liable in anyway in such an instance.
