Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is applicable for any Mastercard (credit or debit) saved on the genie app.
- This promo is extended until 21st October. The new validity period is from 18th till 21st October 2024. Customers who have already availed the discount are not eligible to claim the discount again during the extended period.
- Discounts are only valid for transactions made through the genie app using the in-app biller feature.
- Discount details:
- Genie Debit Mastercard: 15% discount on the transaction amount, up to a maximum of Rs. 1,000.
- Other Mastercards: 10% discount on the transaction amount, up to a maximum of Rs. 500.
- The promotion applies to payments for Dialog Mobile, Home Broadband, and Dialog Television bills.
- The minimum transaction value to qualify for the discount is Rs. 1,000.
- Each card is limited to one transaction eligible for the discount during the promotion period.
- The decision made by Genie regarding any promo-related matters, queries, or complaints shall be deemed final.
- In the event of a payment reversal, the customer will receive only the amount paid, calculated on the gross value (gross value = discount + paid amount).
- This is a limited-time offer, and Genie reserves the right to modify the promotional mechanism, withdraw, or terminate the promotion at any time during the promotional period without prior notice to participants.
- Any transactions or registrations identified as fraudulent during the promotional period will not be eligible for any rewards or discounts.
