- The cashback is valid for the first 2 eligible transactions per customer.
- This promotion is valid for all Dialog finance Smart Account holders.
- Only Savings account holders who have activated savings account in the genie app and make their first 2 (CEB/Water/Leco) bill payment in Oct 2025 are eligible.
- The minimum transaction amount required is Rs. 2500 can go up to 5000.
- Cashback amount ranges from a minimum of Rs. 125 and a maximum of Rs. 250 per transaction
- In case of disputes, the decision of Dialog Finance PLC will be final.
- In the event of a payment reversal, the customer will receive only the net amount after deducting the cashback value.
