How do I Claim a coupon?
  • You can log into the genie app -> click on “coupons” tile -> select the coupon you prefer -> read through all details given and Terms and conditions -> and click on “Buy it for yourself” -> select your preferred payment option -> claim the coupon successfully -> you will receive a “Coupon claimed successfully” notification on your genie app.
How do I redeem a coupon?
  • A claimed coupon will be added to your coupon wallet.
  • Log into genie app -> click on “coupons” tile -> click on the wallet sign on the Top right corner -> Click on the coupon you would like to redeem -> show the QR code or the Redeem code displayed to the merchant -> merchant will scan the QR code or enter the redeem code into their coupon redemption system -> You will get a coupon successfully redeemed notification on your genie app.
How can I check details of a purchased coupon?
  • Log the genie app -> click on “coupons” tile -> click on the wallet sign on the Top right corner -> Select “My Vouchers/Coupons” - > Click on the preferred coupon -> All coupon related details will be displayed.
What are the payment options that I can use to purchase a coupon?
  • You can use below payment options to purchase a coupon. Payment options need to be linked in to your genie app prior to purchase.
    • Debit or Credit card
    • Preferred Savings account
    • DF savings account

  • Refunds will not be accommodated.

  • No you can use only one coupon for a single purchase, unless communicated otherwise.

  • No, there are no hidden fees. You simply have to pay the coupon value to claim and utilize a coupon.
Can I return a product or service purchased with a coupon?
  • No, once the coupon is redeemed you cannot return the product or service and refunds will not be accommodated.
