General Terms & Conditions – Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Card
The promotion is exclusively available to eligible Dialog Pay UnionPay Debit Cardholders with card numbers beginning with 62. Cards must be active and in good standing at the time of the transaction.
Each offer is valid only during the promotional period specified for the respective participating merchants.
UnionPay International and Dialog Finance PLC are not responsible for the merchant’s goods or services and make no warranty regarding their quality or suitability. Any related issue, complaint, cancellation, refund or dispute must be addressed directly with the merchant.

UnionPay International and Dialog Finance PLC shall not be responsible for merchant payment system, POS terminal, network or other technical failures that prevent a qualifying transaction from being completed.
Cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed or otherwise invalid transactions may not qualify. Any discount already granted may be reversed or recovered where applicable.
