Visit a Dialog outlet: Go to your nearest Dialog store with your valid NIC. A device agent will assist you in checking your eligibility.
What details do I need to provide?
To apply for Lesi Pay, you must provide:

A valid ID (NIC, Driving License, or Passport). If using a Passport, a billing proof is required.

Your personal details.

A clear selfie. Your permanent address and contact details. If your current address differs from your NIC address, you must provide an electricity or water bill or a Gramasewaka confirmation. A relative’s contact information for emergencies.
Can I transfer this offer to someone else?
No, the offer is linked to your NIC number and cannot be transferred.
How can I check my application status, loan account details, outstanding balance, due date, and payment history?
Log in to the genie app to check your application status, find your loan account number after purchasing the device, view your outstanding balance, due date, and payment history.
What is my loan repayment period and can I extend it?
You can check the repayment period in the genie app. The loan must be repaid within the given period, and it cannot be extended. Late payments will result in additional fines. Your loan details will also be updated in the CRIB (Credit Information Bureau) as it is provided by Dialog Finance PLC.
Do I need to make an upfront payment, and can I increase my loan amount?
Yes, you must pay a mandatory down payment as mentioned in the genie app. The down payment amount is fixed and cannot be reduced. Additionally, the loan amount is fixed and cannot be increased.
How many loans can I get, and can I apply for another after repaying my current one?
